New sourdough experiment. Different tins/pans = different crusts.
- Home-made puff pastry. Ended up even better than I’d hoped. Didn’t even have time to take pic of end result – it disappeared too quickly! I did double recipe and put half in freezer so will try to remember to take pic next time. (Can you believe that whole like of butter was incorporated into that round of dough??!! November it was tasty 😋)
